WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Following a SWOSU sweep of UCO last week, a pair of basketball standouts – Hailey Grant and Tobias Roland – have been selected as the latest Bulldogs of the Week. Grant (Claremore, Okla.) stuffed the stat sheet against the Bronchos in limited floor time on Saturday. She scored 11 points, grabbed eight rebounds, had three blocks, three steals, and two assists to help the Lady Bulldogs notch an 86-51 blowout win. Her rebounds, blocks, and assists numbers all were the most she's had so far this season.
Roland (Oklahoma City) too set multiple early season highs when he led SWOSU to a 65-57 win on Thursday against UCO. The junior finished with 23 points, a season best, on an efficient and season high 9-of-13 shooting from the field and 3-of-6 from beyond the arc. He grabbed six rebounds, also a new season high.
