WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Katie Boline from SWOSU Softball and the entire SWOSU Women’s Rodeo team are the last Bulldogs of the Week for the 2022-2023 school year. This award is brought to you by Wright Wradio, the official partner of SWOSU Athletics for both livestream and radio.
Boline (Wichita, Kan.) helped deliver a series win for softball on Senior Weekend. She finished the weekend 8-for-13, with five RBIs, two runs, and two doubles through the three-game series. Two times Boline saved the day for SWOSU in game two. She knocked a single to tie the game in the bottom of the seventh and roped a double to left center that walked the game off in the bottom of the ninth to defeat Henderson State.
The SWOSU Women’s Rodeo team won their fourth rodeo of the season at Oklahoma Panhandle State over the weekend. By doing so, they clinched the Central Plains Region title for the 2022-2023 season. The team will get to compete in the College National Finals Rodeo (CNFR) in Casper, Wyoming later in the summer.
