WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The SWOSU Baseball team completed a home-and-home non-conference sweep of Cameron on Wednesday afternoon with a 9-5 victory over the Aggies at the Athletic Complex in Weatherford.
The Bulldogs had seven hits on the day, getting two apiece from
Alex Bedard and
Keyshaun Smith while

Noah Chapin (1-2) tossed the first five innings and struck out seven while allowing two runs on five hits to earn his first victory of the season. Three other pitchers saw time before handing the ball over to
Haden Branch, who struck out three and recorded the final four outs to earn his third save of the year.
SWOSU improves to 19-10 on the year with the win and they'll now head to Harding for a three-game series, which has been moved to Sunday-Monday due to forecasted weather conditions in Searcy.
