- With 19 consecutive victories, the Lady Bulldogs have set a new Great American Conference record for the longest winning streak, surpassing the previous record of 18 set by Harding during the 2013-14 season
-
Hayden Priddy was named the GAC Player of the Week for the third time of her career on Monday after averaging 21.0 points per game on SWOSU's road trip to Southern Arkansas and Arkansas-Monticello last weekend
- Priddy ranks fifth in the GAC with 16.8 points per game this season while leading the conference with 52 made three-pointers - an average of 2.6 per game
-
Taylor Hedrick averaged 19.5 points per game last week and matched her career-high with seven rebounds in the win at Arkansas-Monticello
- Hedrick has now reached double figures in scoring in four consecutive road games to up her average to 9.9 points per game for the year
- SWOSU has three players ranked among the top ten in the GAC for scoring with
Hailey Tucker in second (18.4 ppg),
Hayden Priddy in fifth (16.8 ppg) and
Tyra Aska coming in at 10th (14.0 ppg)
- Tucker has been limited to 12 or fewer points in four of the last five games, with the lone outlier in that stretch being a season-best 30 points in the Lady Dawgs win over Arkansas Tech
- Aska, who is shooting 45% (36-of-80) from three-point range this season, needs two points to pass Jana Hilbert (1,078 points; 1994-98) for 11th on SWOSU's all-time scoring list
- In the latest national rankings, released on Tuesday, the Lady Bulldogs climbed one spot to sit tied for #14 in the WBCA Coaches Poll while moving up three spots to #11 in the D2SIDA Media Poll
