Setting the Scene
- Lady Bulldog Basketball goes for their second home victory of the week on Saturday afternoon when they welcome Oklahoma Christian to the Pioneer Cellular Event Center for a game set to tip off at 1:00 pm
- This is the first of two matchups between the programs this season as they will conclude the home-and-home series with on December 6th in Edmond
- SWOSU improved to 2-1 on the year with a 98-79 victory over Cameron on Wednesday afternoon while Oklahoma Christian brings a record of 4-2 into the game after a victory at Northwestern Oklahoma State on Tuesday night
- This is the fourth straight season the Lady Bulldogs have faced OC, with the home team winning each of the prior three matchups
- Last season, SWOSU overcame a late six-point deficit and trailed in the final minute before escaping with a 93-89 victory

About the Opponent
Oklahoma Christian (4-2)
- The Eagles have won two straight games, defeating Texas Woman's and Northwestern Oklahoma State earlier this week to improve to 4-2 on the year
- OC also previously defeated Midwestern State and Cameron before suffering their two setbacks at Central Oklahoma and in a neutral site contest against No. 24 Angelo State
- Leading the way for OC is senior guard Addy Clift, who is one of the most prolific scorers in NCAA Division II and averaging 24.2 points per game this season
- The Eagles are coached by 34-year veteran Stephanie Findley, who guided OC through the transition from NAIA to NCAA Division II and has won more than 600 games with the school

Hayden Priddy became SWOSU's all-time leader in assists with 380
- The previous record of 379 career assists was set by Valerie Fariss and had stood since 1994

Hailey Tucker recorded her 21st career double-double with 28 points and 11 rebounds against Cameron, surpassing the 1,700-career point plateau in the process
- Tucker currently ranks third in career scoring at SWOSU and fourth in career rebounds, needing five rebounds to move into third place
- The Lady Bulldogs had 11-of-12 players who saw action against Cameron get in the scoring column, with 78 of their 98 points scored by the starting lineup
- Each player in SWOSU's starting five is averaging better than 10.0 points per game for the season, led by Tucker at 16.3 ppg and Priddy at 15.3 ppg
