Box Score
A two-out solo home run by
Rileigh Ricken in the top of the seventh inning proved to be the difference as SWOSU took down Southwest Baptist in a back-and-forth contest on Saturday evening. SBU scored first, but the Bulldogs built leads of three and two runs, only to have the Bearcats come back to tie the game on two difference occasions.
SWOSU scored four runs in the third to go on top 4-1, but SBU got two runs in the third and one in the fourth to again even the score at 4-4. A two-run triple from

After two quick outs in the top of the seventh, Ricken slammed an 0-2 fence over the wall in left field, putting SWOSU up for good as
Miranda Grover sat the Bearcats down in order in the bottom of the seventh to complete the victory.

Kaytlin Donaldson was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and two RBI. Grover picked up the decision for the third straight contests, moving to 3-0 on the year by pitching the final 3.2 innings and allowing two runs on two hits.
