SEARCY, Ark. – SWOSU had two set points in the first set at Harding, but the Bisons rallied to score the final three points and cruised to a three-set victory (25-27, 12-25, 12-25) on Saturday morning at Rhodes Field House.
The Bulldogs hit just .046 for the match with 29 kills and 23 attack errors while the Lady Bisons committed just nine hitting errors in their Senior Day match.
Shayne Haley led the Bulldogs with seven kills while
Carly Zak and
Joey Collins each had six apiece.
Brandy Mader had a double-double with 16 assists and 13 digs while
Kaila Lancaster had a team-best 18 digs and
Kiley Brennfoerder added four more blocks to her career total.
SWOSU falls to 8-15 on the year and they are 5-8 in conference play with one more GAC match remaining on the schedule. The Bulldogs are back in action on Monday, hosting Midwestern State for Senior Night, a match slated to start at 6:00 pm from the Pioneer Cellular Event Center.
